Large room. Warm and clean. Helpful staff. Excellent location, with lots of facilities on the doorstep including Pizza Express, various fast food outlets, and small shops. Lift up to first floor was hany with all my luggage. Free parking was great. Excellent access to/from the A1(M) and M25.

This hotel was exceptional particular staff/ manager her name was Agnes. She was very helpful compassionate and caring. My self my son and partner stayed here for one night only. In the early evening of our stay my partner became very unwell. He was up all night with sickness and dioreaha. In the morning I reported this and asked If i could pay for another night as he could not move in agony and I didn't want to try and leave as he could not stay out of the bathroom for 24hrs. Usually check out is at 11am and check In is 3pm she let my partner stay on without moving room. He was so poorly and unable to leave and the fact she let us stay on with no extra charge of early check in or late check out. Agnes gave us the room for only £67 which was very kind of her. She very kindly provided me with extra cleaning facilities and towels and toilet roll. The morning after my stay I had a bad nights sleep due to noisy neighbours upstairs above our room. And also in the morning there was a power cut and I had to use the torch on my phone to get myself which I am 7mths pregnant and my 7 year old son ready for school in the dark the bathroom was pitch black. When I reported this to her she had been Very apologetic and offered me 50% the nightly rate paid. So she had refunded me £20 as we initially paid £40 was very polite of her. I highly recommend this hotel for its services, cleanliness and location . I would defiantly stay here again and stay here instead of any other local hotel. Very satisfied customer.

The hotel was a functional experience. The staff that greeted us were friendly and efficient but generally, the bedroom was very tired and in need of some TLC. Saying that it was perfectly clean, warm, and comfortable with tea and coffee facilities. Staying here after visiting our Son and family in Barnet meant that on heading home the next day we escaped a days ULEZ charge so I can see us staying more often. One good point was that there was an excellent choice of Breakfast outlets within Welcome Break Services.

The location was really good. Lots of parking and right next to lots of food options. Very close to where I needed to visit the next day as well.
